How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to actually ship. Several of the items are handcrafted so large stock quantities are not maintained.

How will my order ship?

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Special requests may require a different shipping option and will be discussed during the special request consultation.

Are special requests accepted?

Yes, we are open to special requests, but reserve the right to decline if we determine that we are unable to fulfill the request in a professional and timely manner.

What if I am not happy or have concerns with my order?

Please contact us with your concerns and we will work to resolve the issue expeditiously and hopefully to your satisfaction. With the Planting Seeds Hummingbird Box, we cannot guarantee Bamboo and seed growth.

What is the Live in Joy return policy?

Returns are not accepted at this time. If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or find that you are missing an item in your order, we will work with you to resolve.
